As Dior prepares for Jonathan Anderson’s first womenswear runway presentation on October 1st, the house has unveiled Mia Goth as its newest ambassador. This marks the third major signing in just a few weeks (alongside Mikey Madison and Greta Lee), underscoring the brand’s momentum under Anderson’s direction.
The English actress, celebrated for her daring performances in horror films such as Suspiria and MaXXXine, has built a reputation for intensity and originality. Dior described her as “fearless, distinctive, and magnetic,” highlighting her individuality as central to the partnership.
Goth’s casting comes at a moment when her career is surging: she stars in Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein alongside Jacob Elordi and Oscar Isaac, which just premiered at the 82nd annual Venice Film Festival earlier this month (where Goth appeared in a chocolate satin gown with a dramatic bow designed by Anderson himself for the occasion).

Goth has already been turning heads on red carpets for years. “Mia has long been an inspiration to me,” Anderson said in an official press release from the Maison, calling her “a modern Dior woman whose strength and empathy shine through on and off screen.”
Speaking about the collaboration, Goth likewise expressed admiration for Dior’s legacy and Anderson’s creativity. “His vision, combined with the house’s timelessness, resonates deeply with me,” she said, noting that the partnership feels both personal and aspirational.
Those in the know will tell you that Goth is no stranger to the fashion world. She previously fronted campaigns for Prada and Miu Miu and even walked in Miu Miu’s Fall 2023 show. With Dior, however, the collaboration comes as she enters the most high-profile phase of her acting career. Upcoming projects include Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, featuring an ensemble cast that includes Zendaya, Matt Damon, and Robert Pattinson, as well as Star Wars: Starfighter, scheduled for a 2027 release.
