Looks like some new TikTok sounds to replace the viral "Please, I'm a star!" are imminent! The third film in the X series, MaXXXine has finally given us our first look at Miu Miu muse and scream queen Mia Goth as the titular character in the final installment of Ti West's horror film trilogy.
While we were bestowed a minute-long teaser trailer last year for the film, you can watch the latest lo-fi 80s vibe teaser trailer, below:

What's the film about?
Where Pearl was very much a villain origin story that shed light on the central, murderous character that terrorises a 1970s adult film crew on their way to Texas in 2021's X, MaXXXine is about X's sole survivor of the same name (also portrayed by Goth), who is now trying to make it big as a film star in mid-80s California. Only time will tell if Goth finally gets the life she deserves.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will "deal with the dangerous world of underground filmmaking," With Goth reprising her role as Maxine on "her journey towards fame as she sets out to make it as an actress in 1980s Los Angeles."
Who else is in the film?
Goth will star alongside a star-studded ensemble, including Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Lily Collins, Halsey, Giancarlo Esposito and 80s film icon Kevin Bacon.
When will it be released?
The film is still currently in production, so there are no official release dates for it just yet. Check back soon for updates.
Will there be more 'X' films?
While West has said from the outset that the film series was set to be a trilogy (with MaXXXine expected to be the last in the series) who can ever be certain these days! Perhaps it will become an X-Men situation.
