Alys Hale is a writer, musician, producer and former model with decades of experience in the creative industry. Hale graduated from Oxford University - with a degree in English Literature and Language - where she founded the university’s first feminist publication, 'C*ntry Living'. Subsequently, Hale became a freelance journalist, with a particular interest in feminism and fashion. She was a features writer for 'RUSSH' since 2016, but since Hale became 'RUSSH'’s Special Project Editor, before becoming the Music Editor in 2022. When not writing for 'RUSSH', Hale can be found working in film, events, art direction and production of unique creative projects. Music and literature are her greatest inspirations and you can often find her playing live, DJing or imbibing in unusual poetry.
