Shalom Harlow: a tribute to the 90s supermodel’s iconic style

Few have reached the heights of Shalom Harlow as one of the key faces of 90s fashion. We toast Canadian Supermodel today on her birthday, by celebrating her iconic looks over the years.

Harlow was discovered at a Cure concert straight out of high school, the humble beginnings of a modelling career that have only been paralleled by the likes of Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington and Linda Evangelista. As a former ballerina, she has been praised for her fluid movement and form, which fashion journalism legend Tim Banks described as "made for couture."

The Sagittarius has inspired some of the most famous designers including John Galliano and Alexander McQueen (think of the iconic robot spray dress) which has lived on as a reference up until this day.

She has continued to work up until today with her most recent fantasy film for Mugler.

View some of  Shalom Harlows most iconic moments, below.
