Mikey Madion is the new face of Dior

Dior has announced actress Mikey Madison as its first brand ambassador under the creative direction of Jonathan Anderson, marking a new chapter for the French fashion house. Anderson, who was recently appointed to oversee Dior’s women’s, men’s, and haute couture lines, will debut his inaugural women’s collection at Paris Fashion Week on October 1, 2025. And when it was announced he'd be taking up the reigns at the storied house of Dior, we could help but speculate which famous faces might follow him there.

Of course, we've already seen the angelic Greta Lee in plenty of JWA's Dior at the Venice Film Festival this week (looks like that friendship has outlasted their LOEWE days), but now we have official confirmation of the House's newest ambassador under his tenure.

Madison’s appointment signals both a celebration of her rising stardom and Anderson’s intent to align Dior with versatile, storytelling-driven talents.

Madison, fresh from her Oscar win for Best Actress in Sean Baker’s Anora, has quickly become one of Hollywood’s most sought-after names. She stunned at the 2025 Academy Awards in a vintage-inspired Dior couture gown, channeling Old Hollywood glamour. And since then, her career has only accelerated, with accolades including a BAFTA, an Independent Spirit Award, and nominations for the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, and Critics’ Choice Awards.

Her upcoming role in The Masque of the Red Death, directed by Charlie Polinger, further cements her as an actress unafraid to take on bold and unconventional projects.

For Anderson, Madison represents an ideal muse. “Her empathetic approach perfectly reflects the house of Dior,” he explained, praising the actress’s artistry and authenticity. Madison echoed the sentiment, describing Anderson as “inspiring” and emphasising her pride in joining Dior at such a pivotal moment.

Her appointment places her alongside Dior’s celebrated ambassadors, including Jenna Ortega, Jisoo, Rosalía, and Anya Taylor-Joy, expanding the brand’s reach across both film and global pop culture. Madison also continues her partnership with Tiffany & Co.
