The best bathrobes for cosy moments at home

bath-robes

It is no secret how partial the RUSSH team are to bathrobes, it is undoubtedly one of the unsung winners of quarantine and an enduring year-round favourite for anyone who likes to be comfortable. There are many that we are coveting right now, particularly when we have little obligation to wear anything else, deeming it the perfect time to throw out that tatty old one you've (I've) been hoarding for years and indulge in some newness. Below, we've compiled a list of our favourites.

Sheridan Elissa Robe

The ultimate classic. This plush terry towelling robe features navy blue piping for maximum Bill Murray vibes. If I could wear this outdoors with a white sock, a loafer and a pair of Rayban wayfarers, I absolutely would. Bath leisure at its finest.

Bed Threads French Flax Linen Robe

bath-robes

Not the cosiest option for those of us on the southern side of the pond right now, but for those coming into summer, this is your ticket. Made from 100% french flax linen this baby will soften with wear and make it feel like you never got out of your sheets in the first place.

Greenfibres Organic Cotton Terry Towelling Robe

bath-robes

Another cosy option for those who like a true bathrobe only this time organic, sustainable, ethically made and the softest towelling you'll touch. These giant plush robes are like being swaddled in a bath sheet for the rest of your days. Available in an array of naturally dyed colours this unisex baby is perfect for sharing (not that you'll want to).

Johnston's of Elgin Cashmere Dressing Gown

bath-robesJIC you have a taste for the most luxurious/cozy. 100% cashmere and silk lined, this hand-tailored baby is the dressing down we didn't know we needed. If I had the spare pennies, I'd wear this and picture myself sipping espresso on the terrace of an english estate somewhere that driving a Landrover is essential.

LOEWE Hooded Knit Robe Coat

bath-robesSomewhere between a very long cardigan and a robe, this was conceived. For all those who wish robes were outdoor clothing, this one is for you, and me. perfect under a coat or atop your flannel jammies, it is justified in its versatility.
