For one night only, The Slow travels far from its home in Bali to host tonight’s Delfino Aperitivo program – a weekly aperitivo hour held in The Dolphin‘s wine room. George Gorrow sets the mood, with all-vinyl sounds by Reverberation Radio (a collaboration between Allah-Las and friends), art from China Heights gallery and food and drinks curated by the Slow’s Head Chef, Shannon Moran, and the Dolphin’s Executive Chef, Monty Koludrovic (think Canggu fried cauliflower, Japanese cowboy raw tuna, Tokyo humus, pickled radish and tostada). In its simplest form: good food, good music and good company – Delfino Aperitivo x The Slow showcases the very best of these long-time friends. A night to remember- aperitivo from 6pm, after-party from 8pm.
