Chaos broke open the cosmic egg
And then came the nymphs

Romantic, yet powerful. Australian favourites SIR release their Pre-Fall 20 collection showcased in a dreamlike wonder.

The SIR woman is strong and decisive, always taking center stage in her ample world of vast landscapes. A free spirit with a lust for living. The special campaign shoot was lensed by Jake Terry with creative direction by Bruna Volpi and filmed by Ribal Hosn.

Australian models Agi Akur, Grace Monfries and RUSSH cover star Jess PW feature in the magical shoot and film along a stormy coastline. Travelling from the cliffs edge to the sea, to rocky shores and sandy, grassy land. Transforming into almost nymph like creatures, playing with their surrounds and absorbing nature while dressed in SIR Pre-Fall collection pieces.

Simple and comfortable knitwear intimates wear as a soft layer cocooning the body while providing ease of movement with playful cutouts and shapes. Chunky and compact knits also make an appearance with oversized styles for a relaxed fitting.

An otherwise neutral palette is contrasted with splashes of bold colour in the form of hero prints of the season named Valetta and Flore. Sparking a return to nature, mythical gardens are interpreted in statement fiery tones and crisp fabrics.

An array of silhouettes take form from fluid to languid shapes or free flowing volume. Cut-outs and bare skin along with criss-cross straps, lace detail and cinched waistlines. A vintage feel is merged with SIR’s signature romantic Victorian style. Pieces designed to be worn and loved and collected through time.
