The moment we've all been waiting for. The 2021 Oscars have finally arrived, and although the anticipated event had to postpone its original broadcast date due to COVID-19 concerns, the Oscars are back, and despite the smaller scale ceremony, the looks are very much happening.

This year's award season has been full of home runs in the looks department (looking at you, Emma Corrin in Miu Miu and Andra Day in Chanel), so it's safe to say our expectations of both newcomers and seasoned stars are rather ambitious. As far as the physical red carpet, only nominees, plus ones, and official presenters like Laura Dern and Renee Zellweger will be appearing, but we're sure to witness some DIY excellence from the homes of many tuning in virtually.
