Stefano Pilati is the latest designer to collaborate with the Italian luxury fashion house FENDI as part of their 'Friends of FENDI' series; a diverse series of projects and collections instigated by Kim Jones and Silvia Venturini Fendi that cross the ‘party lines’ of the fashion industry.
“Stefano is one of the designers I admire the most. I was always in love with his work, and he is somebody I look up to – he has been an inspiration for what I do," said Jones. "Stefano epitomises Friends of FENDI: He is a friend, an inspiration, and a designer for modern times, always looking to the future, asking questions and proffering solutions."
The Winter 23/24 collection designed in collaboration with Pilati launched globally in store and online on FENDI's website on Thursday.
Bianca Spender opens new boutique in Melbourne's Armadale
Bianca Spender has opened their latest retail space in Melbourne, located on High Street in Armadale. A continuation of Spender's ethos and design vision – the space is driven by the idea of tranquility, soothing shades of sage and sensually curved natural stone grounding the space in nature. Wabi-sabi-inspired ceramics adorn the space, vessels crafted by Australian ceramicist Victoria Paxton that juxtapose the space's luxurious draped velvet curtains.

SIR. launches first-ever jewellery line
SIR. has expanded from the sartorial to the world of jewellery – launching their newest category, SIR. Jewellery earlier this week. This new, permanent branch of the brand is a new chapter in their 10 year history.
Inspired by the creative collaboration between SIR. founders and the artist Frankie Tobin for their recent Resort 24 collection, the new jewellery line features a series of singular earrings designed to mix and match interchangeably.
Crafted from 100% Brass Nano Plate – and with several select styles distinguished by Frankie Tobin's hallmark colour ways and abstract shapes – the line lends to the aesthetics of the brand's most recent collection and is officially available across all SIR. boutiques and online as of yesterday.
bassike launches Resort 24 campaign with Aussie model Emma Balfour
Set against the bucolic backdrop of a fisherman's cottage, bassike's new Resort 24 campaign spotlights intimate moments and rituals within the relationship of iconic Australian model Emma Balfour and her son, Elliot Cowen. The collection embraces natural fabrics and louche proportions to return to the brand's nature-inspired roots.
"Resort 24 is an ode to our brand DNA with returning styles from the archives in wash back cotton canvas and wash back denim fabrications across slouchy silhouettes," said brand co-founder and creative director Deborah Sams. "The colour palette consists of washed candy-coloured pinks with punchy pops of psychedelic dye treatments and a hint of bright lime for highlights."
You can shop the full Resort 24 collection on bassike's website and in stores.
