Our friends at fashion collective The Inspired Co., have launched a new and exciting fashion space.
It's called Celebrate our Creatives, a new project and platform designed to herald a considered consumption of fashion - one that is centred on conscious buying and local artistry. An ode to a collective of creatives.
The Inspired Co. worked with its community to bring together over 50 creatives from across the globe. The list includes independent designers and local artists from within The Inspired Co. collective, in addition to newcomers. This group of designers, stylists, photographers and more collaborated to create one of the most unique fashion and arts photography showcases - and the first edition showcase for the Celebrate our Creatives platform.
This new digital space is one for independent creative expression. It fuses independent designers and local artists together to offer meaningful collaborations and conscious editorials that showcase the talent of the creatives, independent designers and local artists involved. A pause to celebrate the people behind the lens; the creative teams.
Many of the shoots for the showcase involved local artists creating new artwork for the fashion shoot. This includes a wire fedora by Jan Metal Brown Art, five paintings by Emma Dillon Hill, plus existing artworks by Claudia Miranda, Vynka Hallam and Alessandro Di Sarno.
In essence, the project is an appreciation for independent creativity. Celebration of local designers, international talent and hope for the conscious, creative and consumer.

The Inspired Co is a collaborative online space that seeks to unite and spotlight emerging designers and creatives. The mission of this collaborative organisation is to unite local fashion designers and creatives to celebrate independent design.
