Bella Hadid can now add ‘actor’ to her resume with the model having landed a recurring guest star role on series Ramy. While at this stage it is still unclear what role Hadid will be filling, it will be her debut acting part on the silver screen.
What is the Ramy series about?

In a 2017, she explained her current plan was to focus on modelling, with an eventual pivot to dabble in acting. However, she has explained that she would like to give her full attention to one or the other,” rather than flitting between the two. In the same interview, she mentioned the type of characters she would like to portray, saying superheroes were at the top of her list.
Bella isn’t the only Hadid to step into acting, with elder sister Gigi also having worked on theatrical projects. Most recently, she provided a voice over for Mindy Kaling’s Netflix series, Never Have I Ever, taking to Instagram to say she had the “best time” working on the show. Alongside this, her feature in Calvin Harris’ music video for How Deep Is Your Love is etched in our minds forever.
