An hour by road from Melbourne, nestled amongst vineyards and pine-lined streets, Stella Artois hosted an intimate fine-dining Sensorium experience at the Mornington Peninsula's luxury Jackalope Hotel. Inspired by the flavours of the iconic brew, the multi-course Joie De Biere dining experience, curated by the hotel's Doot Doot Doot restaurant chef Guy Stanaway, was accompanied by a live art installation from Italian painter and illustrator Nina Fuga. Diners, including the evening's special guest Abbey Lee Kershaw, sipped on Stella Artois and wine from the region, beneath a 10,000-golden lamp chandelier, while sampling dishes such as roast prawns with kombu butter, Stella Artois braised pork belly with stone fruits and 12-hour braised beef cheek.
