Saddle up. The Magic Millions Carnival, hosted on Queensland’s perennially sunny Gold Coast, has returned again in 2018, kicking off proceedings with its inaugural Pacific Fair Polo Day sponsored by major fashion partner Harrolds. Guests spent the morning dining at the Harrolds x Veuve Clicquot Pre-Polo brunch at the QT Hotel, before making their way to the polo grounds at Main Beach, captured on the day by Liz Sunshine and artworked by Kitty Callaghan. Games ran throughout the day, culminating in a match between Team Harrolds (captained by Zara Phillips) and Team Veuve Clicquot. Attendees competed in the Harrolds Fashions on the Field event, before retiring to the VIP Marquee for canapés, a buffet of fresh, seasonal produce and beverages to cool even the most dedicated course-side viewers. The Carnival continues on the Gold Coast throughout January. Game on.
