High fashion but make it affordable. That's the beauty of the collections produced by JW Anderson in tandem with UNIQLO. And for those of us who prefer our wardrobe dished up with a heavy dose of British charm and slouchy, masculine shapes it's this partnership that's proved most fruitful. After all, who could forget the great puffer jacket frenzy of 2019? LifeWear hasn't been the same since.

For Fall the two have joined forces for another heavy hitter. This time, the collection was designed with the British countryside in mind. Traditional tartans and accent stitching are rendered into scarves, loungewear, cushions and blankets. There's the usual sprinkling of cosy fleece with extra comfort found in navy quilting and a rugby shirt if that's your kind of thing. It's a capsule fit for lounging by the fireplace with a mug of English breakfast in hand.

As if to drive home the autumnal feel, designer JW Anderson relished the opportunity to introduce motifs from Beatrix Potter's iconic Tales, of which he has adored since childhood. Peter Rabbit makes an appearance alongside his cousin Benjamin Bunny, dashed across night shirts and soft cotton sweatshirts. There's even a little rabbit positioned in the grass of the campaign imagery.

“For me this collection was really about embracing the season," said JW Anderson. "I wanted something that felt very Autumnal in a way and that also felt quite like Autumn in the British countryside. I wanted it to feel comfortable and worn. Almost cosy in a way," he continued.

Arriving in both menswear and womenswear, the collection comprises of 23 pieces in total with an offshoot of toasty accessories, including cashmere gloves and beanies. For all who have been on the hunt for the perfect set of flannel pyjamas, or a fleecy tracksuit, look no further.
