RUSSH favourite Nensi Dojaka makes her first solo London Fashion Week runway debut

New up and coming designer Nensi Dojaka, whose name is hot off the tip of everyone's tongue, just made her first solo runway debut for Spring Summer 2022 at London Fashion Week, and look, we were all here for it.

It first became all about Nensi Dojaka when we saw her debut at London's infamous emerging designer showcase Fashion East. Then next came her and her crown as the winner of the prestigious LVMH award. And now? We see the designer officially etching her name in the fashion week cycle with another rendition of spaghetti strapped mini dresses, evocative sheers and sharp tailored suits.

The show took us back to the runways of the 90s, echoing the days and the era of shortened hems, a strong walk and the resurgence of the 90s supermodel. Skimpy dresses barely hanging on by a shoestring thread, piped sheers and ribbed knits - all pronounced in her usual shades of black only this time accentuated with coral pink, red and sand.

As with every showcase, Nensi Dojaka begs us to question - is it lingerie or ready-to-wear or why can't it be both? Heralding from a background in studying lingerie technology at London College of Fashion before graduating from her MA at Central Saint Martins, we see perfectionism in fit and quality without comprising forward thinking design, taste and innovations.

As per usual we witness the perfect amount of vulgarity and sex, all tailored back to refined taste and restraint. Our favourite looks include a heart motifed mini dress and all of what Nensi had to offer with cut-outs in pink. Nensi Dojaka's Spring Summer 2022 collection is available to explore on all Nensi Dojaka social media channels, following her first London Fashion Week runway debut.
