Perched on the foreshore of Manly Cove lies Manly Pavilion, a heritage listed building featuring an upper level bistro and ballroom beneath – think the Hamptons via Sydney. The light-filled restaurant serves up Italian-inspired fare with an emphasis on fresh seafood, including dishes such as seared scallops with Jerusalem artichokes and hazelnuts and blue-eyed trevally with confit potatoes.
