A pioneer of the pixie cut, with a penchant for sunglasses on the red carpet, and so many sequins. Halle Berry is the dream girl. Having been mentioned in over 40 rap songs makes such clear. While she remains radiant, the 90s was where it all started. The cowl neck tops, the bedazzled two pieces, the scoop back gowns, and most of all, her.
