Dior shows are always some of the highlights of Fashion Week.

This show's location, the Tuileries Garden is a significant one. In February, Dior  announced plans to help restore this historic Garden in a five-year partnership with the Musee du Louvre. It's one of the largest and oldest public parks in Paris, an icon of the city. Tonight's show will see the reopening of the northeast grove of the park as well as several other major landscaping and restoration projects.

For the Spring Summer 21 collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri - creative director at Dior - is collaborating with renowned Italian collage artist Lucia Marcucci. Lucia is renowned in Italian poetry and avant-garde experimentation, and her medium is a form of collage using words and images.

In the lead up to the show you can discover some of the inspirations behind the collection in the show's teaser trailer below.

Earlier in the year, Dior live streamed its Cruise 2021 show in Italy. In the magical town of Lecce in Puglia, Dior lit up the city with thousands of stunning fairy lights.

Set at the Duomo di Lecce, the decorations required 12 days to assemble. The traditional luminarie weighed a total of 60 tons and featured 30,000 colored LED bulbs, while the catwalk took 2.25 minutes to walk.

We have no doubt this next show will be just as breathtaking.
