For those of us residing in the Southern Hemisphere, we find ourselves placed in that tricky time of year where the days don't feel quite like spring, yet does it really feel fair to call it a winter. Surely, in the past few days if nature has tried to prove us anything, it's that her cycles don't care too much for our lockdown, as she slowly turns her seasons over with days that feel warmer, and with our dear sun lingering around a little longer.
And so, perhaps this is just what we all needed. A notable shift, change and transition in time to perfectly break up the sleepy lulls that have rolled one WFH day into another for far too long. As we enter into that grey area of trans-seasonal territory, at RUSSH we find ourselves in an optimistic shopping trance - lusting around for the perfect trans-seasonal coat to help us transition from the ghastly cold to the warmer spring. In our opinion, there is no real rule when it comes to picking apart something for two seasons, although we have always felt the perfect coat be not too heavy nor too light. Whether it's in the way of a lightweight trench, a tailored suit coat or a cropped sports jacket - below RUSSH round up a few aspirational ideas in the way of outerwear for the not-so-cold, not-so-warm weeks we have ahead.
