When the world becomes a mess with nobody at the helm, it’s time for artists to make their mark. In celebration of the very essence of our publication – the creatives at our core – we got together over food and wine to champion those whose drive to create is all encompassing. With both our Creativity issue and the AW 18 season launch at The Strand Arcade the cause for celebration, we turned The Strand’s Courtesy of the Artist loft into a private dining room for one evening only with guests including model, artist and musician Rachel Rutt, artist Jedda-Daisy Culley, and models Roberta Pecoraro, Ollie Henderson and Alys Hale. See into the night that was.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner sorted thanks to the Lower East Side Aussie-run outpost Good Thanks.
We met Daniela after Eudon Choi’s runway and reunited with RUSSH girl Maggie at Ports 1961. Amidst the chaos of London Fashion Week, photographer Myles Kalus captured the faces that were turning heads and the names to commit to memory.
The first cut is the deepest. Melbourne outfit Two People take us in-studio for the making of their debut album, First Body.
