On a Sunday night in London, three Australians - Skye Gyngell (Michelin starred chef at Spring), Sophie Edelstein (writer, director and RUSSH family) and Evie Henderson (founder of The Yellow Series) - hosted, on a hope and a prayer, a fundraiser for WWF Australia to support the wildlife and land affected by the recent bushfire crisis.

It was a room of friends - of delicious food and flowers by Fjura - but more than this, it was a room filled with love. Love for Australia, and a shared desire for hope and change. There was no fanfare, no auction and none of the sponsors (including Gucci, Christian Dior, CAA, Missoma and Coach) wanted anything aside from the opportunity to support such a wonderful cause in such a classically low-key (albeit chic) Australian way.
