Great southern land. Mode Kitchen & Bar, located inside the Four Seasons Hotel at Sydney’s Circular Quay precinct, launches an exciting new dining series that celebrates the wealth of Australia’s local produce and the growers and suppliers who bring it to our tables.
Celebrate Australia, a dining series hosted by Mode, sees head chef Francesco Mannelli craft a new menu that shines a spotlight on the flavours synonymous with South Australian food and wine. Think freshly shucked organic Coffin Bay oysters with finger lime and white soy mignonette, grilled calamari salad with sweet corn and olives and four weeks aged Mayura Station wagyu rib eye.
Celebrate Australia runs through May 24, 2019, with more menu takeovers to take place over the coming months.
