Lili Sumner stars in new Oroton Campaign, The Forager

Coveting the angelic face of New Zealand's very own and star of our February 2014 issue Lili Sumner - Oroton launches its new A/W 2021 campaign with creative director Sophie Holt using this season as an opportunity to playfully investigate the spontaneous and the sensual.

Reminiscent of forest walks and playing in nature, creative director Sophie Holt would like to remind us that life really is all about returning to the simpler things. In describing her thought processes behind this seasons collection, Holt says:

"It was very much about wanting to connect with nature again and taking the time to explore and collect in wide open spaces, which is such a luxury to us all right now. I think we have all been dreaming about getting back to basics, immersing in the environment around us, and thinking about ways in which to live in the moment.”

Exploring elements of nature all throughout the campaign with foraged forest mushrooms and colourful botanicals gracing the look book - Holt manages to once again expand Oroton's heritage and design signatures, harmoniously attracting opposites - fusing sharp, tailored silhouettes against softer silken profiles with buttery leather accessories.

Not only did the campaign captivate our attention with our blonde hair and blue eye'd beauty Lili Sumner striking out the collection, but respect must be also paid to its breathtaking colour palette of Saffron Yellow, Cognac, Chocolate and French Cream to warm the coming colder season.

With its unparalleled beauty, it comes to no surprise that Oroton has positioned itself as one of Australia's most iconic heritage brands. Always honouring the House's design philosophy of artisanal luxury with every day simplicity - it's not hard to notice Oroton and its wonderful vision of Australian modernity.
