Live for the night. Celebrating Paris Men's Fashion Week in the French capital last week, Stella Artois' famed Sensorium event crossed the globe and on June 22 invited a host of Australian editors, buyers and friends of the industry to enjoy an intimate dinner at one of the city's best - L’Acajour. Jean Imbert and Parisian-born Guillaume Brahimi aimed to “sharpen the senses”, paying homage to the brand's European heritage and influence whilst showcasing French flavours and food parings “with an modern yet innovative flair”. Embarking on a culinary journey for which the city is renowned, the menu featured tartare of sea bass finger lime, caviar, Brittany lobster served with string beans, grapefruit, Parisian sprouts and Stella Artois caramel glaze. A match made in heaven.
