Fashion moments you might have missed this week

Another week, another batch of fashion moments you may have missed. This time, we're going global – journeying from Tokyo to Zanzibar to Mumbai to Sydney. From ABC Bullion's first-of-its-kind global flagship store in Sydney's Martin Place, to the Commas Pre Fall 23 collection campaign shoot on the Tanzanian archipelago, here are all the bits that may have slipped through the cracks of your weekly fashion news consumption.

Dior opens Fall 23 pop-up in Melbourne

Dior's Fall 23 campaign, backdropped by the beauty of Mumbai, will be showcased in a pop-up at Melbourne's Chadstone Shopping Centre. From 25 May until 18 June, guests will be able to discover the House's latest collection in an exceptional setting composed of carved coromandel wood finish panels, talismanic animals and languorous furniture in rattan, and vivid, colourful patterns, all inspired by India.

Prada presents the ninth iteration of Prada Mode in Tokyo

Curated by Kazuyo Sejima from SANNA, this year's Prada Mode was held in Tokyo at the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum. One of Japan’s most important cultural properties, the museum gardens were transformed into spaces for guests to explore, through workshops, tea ceremonies, music performances, sound installations and a private dinner in honour of Kazuyo Sejima.

ABC Bullion open global flagship store in Sydney's Martin Place

Prestigious Australian precious metals brand ABC Bullion has opened a first-of-its-kind global flagship store in Sydney's CBD, showcasing the brand's cutting-edge technology and product offerings in a luxurious new brick-and-mortar setting.

The flagship will offer a full suite of precious metal services, as well as acting as a vehicle for displaying the craftsmanship of two subsidiaries: Palloys and W.J. Sanders. Visitors can expect concierge service, private consultation rooms and a VIP cocktail 'Gold Bar'.

Commas share Pre Fall 23 campaign, shot in Zanzibar

Sydney-based swim and resort wear label Commas travelled to the island of Zanzibar (also known as Unguja) to shoot the campaign for their latest Pre Fall 23 collection. Shot by Dudi Hasson, the image speak to our inherent sense of escapism, at least visually satiating our desire to run away to a remote island destination, donning billowing linens and crochet shirts.

The collection is now available.

Jardan's new collection is a playful take on commercial furniture
