Maggie Marilyn introduces Restore program

6 favourite fashion moments

In line with Maggie Marilyn's continued efforts to reduce their footprint, the brand has launched Somewhere Restore, an initiative that sees brand new, never worn Somewhere garments crafted out of fabric that has been deemed "unusable" due to minor imperfections, reduced in price and restored to endure, as opposed to being incinerated or dumped. Every garment’s imperfection has been concealed by one of Maggie Marilyn’s signature heart motifs, meaning that no two items are alike - playfully reimagined with love and purpose.

“Since launching Somewhere at the end of 2019, I’ve been sitting on an idea for how to make the most of every single Somewhere piece, including those that encounter a mistake during the production process, to ensure no Maggie Marilyn garment ends up in landfill. Almost three years later, I’m so delighted to bring these special items to market,” says Maggie Hewitt. “It’s kind of like giving Somewhere a second life. Except, really, this is just the beginning.”
