Kitchenware pieces so chic, they might as well be décor

Kitchenware pieces so chic, they might as well be décor

As we approach the so-called 'Silly Season' there are a couple things on any culinarily-endowed individual's mind. One – what are we going to cook for guests at all of the upcoming festive dinner parties? And two – what on earth are we going to serve it all on?

The bar we've set for chic and functional kitchenware has risen a fair way since we were excited about the 50-piece all-white porcelain dinner sets that we left home with as a bright-eyed uni student. Adding your personal touch, through your dinnerware choices, obscure napery, or the perfect pastel-coloured coffee machine is not only desirable, but a priority in our lives.

For those of us that never exited that lockdown-induced cooking 'phase' of our lives, it's become something of an addiction – collecting unique serve-wear and vintages glasses, limited-edition tea-towels and capsule collection appliances. And with an endless amount of kitchen inspiration to ignite your homewares tastebuds, we're sharing our selection of our favourite, chic kitchenware pieces to add to your home now.
