Celebrating Somebody: a night with Nobody Denim at Restaurant Hubert

Down the wood panelled stairs at Restaurant Hubert and inside the red curtained Theatre Royale, we toasted with our closest friends to the launch of Nobody Denim’s inaugural issue of print publication, SOMEBODY. For a magazine that celebrates the the beauty of metamorphosis and the power of self-belief, it was only fitting that we revel with the artists, thinkers and activists who inspired its pages.

An intimate dinner to celebrate the past, present and future of Nobody Denim, we dined at tables covered in floral stylings by Fleurette. Colouful blooms with freshly peeled oranges scented the air, a delicious precursor for the negronis and crudités to come.

The menu was quintessential Hubert: think Italian hams and roast fish with brown butter and capers, braised lamb shoulder with vegetables and that iconic kimchi gratin, topped off with rum babas and chantilly cream.
