How to get tickets for ‘BTS Movie Weeks’ in cinemas this September

BTS

Who said a pesky little hiatus would stop us from seeing BTS in concert? This September, the world’s biggest K-Pop boy band is returning to the big screen with 'BTS Movie Weeks' — a two-week cinematic event bringing four of the group’s most iconic concert films back to theatres around the globe. In other words, the closest we've come to an actual live performance from the group in nearly three years.

Running from September 24 to October 5, the event is presented by Trafalgar Releasing in partnership with HYBE, and will be screened in more than 2,000 cinemas across 65+ countries. Each film has been remastered in 4K and enhanced with surround sound for a true stadium-meets-cinema experience. Here’s what to expect.

When and where to see BTS Movie Weeks

At this stage, exactly which cinemas will be screening the concert films is under wraps. But with more than 2000 cinemas reportedly on board, there's likely to be a screening near you. You can sign up for updates on locations and ticketing via BTS Movie Weeks.

What to expect

BTS Movie Weeks will be split across two themed weeks, with two remastered concert films screening each week.

Week one features BTS 2016 Live The Most Beautiful Moment in Life On Stage: Epilogue Remastered and BTS 2017 Live Trilogy Episode III The Wings Tour The Final Remastered, showcasing the group’s early rise and growing global presence. Week two highlights BTS 2019 World Tour Love Yourself: Speak Yourself – London Remastered and BTS 2021 Muster Sowoozoo Remastered, capturing their record-breaking stadium performances and intimate pandemic-era connection with fans. Select cinemas will also offer concert marathons to round out the experience.

Are BTS staging a comeback?

In short, yes. While BTS Movie Weeks is a celebration of the past, it’s also a teaser for what’s ahead. All seven members — RM, Jin, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook — completed their mandatory military service in June, and have confirmed plans for new music and a world tour in 2026.

“We believe the anticipation surrounding the group’s return will create unforgettable moments for fans in cinemas across the globe,” said Trafalgar Releasing CEO Marc Allenby.
