The actors are starring in The Map That Leads To You, an adaptation of JP Monninger's novel by the same name, which is heading to Prime Video in just a few short months. What is The Map That Leads To You about?

The film follows Heather and Jack who, while on separate European holidays, unexpectedly cross paths. According to the official synopsis: “This chance encounter sparks an unexpected journey of self-discovery. As their connection deepens, secrets, life choices, and hidden truths will test their bond—and change Heather’s life in ways she never imagined."

Who is involved?

Cline and Apa play the couple at the centre of the story, Heather and Jack. Also cast are Sofia Wylie, Madison Thompson, Orlando Norma, Josh Lucas, Eva García Montiel, and Guiseppe Schillaci.

Behind the scenes, the project comes courtesy of Swedish director Lasse Hallström, who brought us hits (and tear jerkers) like Dear John, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, and A Dog's Purpose.

When does it come out?

There's only a few months before we'll get to sink our teeth into this one. The Map That Leads To You is heading to Prime Video on August 20, 2025.
