After one too many half-assed Met Gala looks, Anna Wintour has said enough is enough. For the 2022 festivities, on top of the existing theme In America: An Anthology of Fashion, Wintour specified a brief of Gilded Glamour placing emphasis on a white tie dress code. After all, someone has to step up during Zendaya and Rihanna's absence. So now that the celebrities have played along, walking the carpet and sitting through a formal dinner, the time has come to cast off the corset and change into something less restrictive for the much anticipated after parties.
