Blur the lines. Cultural institution MONA’s Dark Mofo festival collaborates with Red Bull Music for the fourth year in a row to create an explorative and spellbinding evening of electronically-rooted musical performances, blurring stage with club. Headlining this euphoric evening with their sonic vibrations is Jagwar Ma, performing tracks from their critically acclaimed albums, Every Now & Then and Howlin, alongside unheard cuts from their impending release. Experimental and psychedelic, Jagwar Ma’s sounds will be amplified by full-scale mesmeric light installations by audio-visual artist and Aphex Twin collaborator, Jim Warrior, who will transform the MAC2 into a mind-bending spectacle. Bill-mates include Melbourne-based new wave artist Tornado Wallace, body-music crew NO ZU and Sydney DJ Lauren Hansom launching the evening with intoxicating beats.
