Not your average day at the races. For 2017's Spring Racing Carnival, Lexus's bespoke Design Pavilion reached new heights inside Flemington's Birdcage. Envisioned and brought to life by designer Joost Bakker, and featuring interiors by Etic Studio, lighting by Henry Wilson and floral installations by Dr Cooper, the space also featured a dining experience helmed by Lexus ambassador Ben Shewry and the head chef of Rockpool Melbourne, Zac Nicholson.
