renee rapp

It's official: Reneé Rapp is coming Down Under. The US singer and actress will make her Australian debut, performing in Brisbane, Sydney, and at the Australian Open, AO LIVE in Melbourne.

Rapp first rose to fame playing Regina George in the Broadway musical Mean Girls in 2022, before taking on the same role in the 2024 movie version. Her debut album Snow Angel arrived soon after, proving she was a pop force worth taking notice of.

In 2025, her second album Bite Me debuted at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart, proving that Australian fans are already on board. Now, we're finally getting treated to her musical talents IRL. Here's what you need to know about catching Renée Rapp in Australia – including how to get tickets.

When and where to see Renee Rapp in Australia?

In addition to her Australian Open performance, Rapp has two shows scheduled in Australia. The exact details are as follows:

  • Tuesday, January 27th at Brisbane’s Riverstage
  • Thursday, January 29th at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion

What about the Australian Open?

Reneé Rapp will perform from 2 pm to 7 pm AEDT on Saturday, 31 January 2026, followed by the AO Women’s Final at 7:30 pm. Her set will take place just before the Australian Open Women’s Final, making it one of the biggest days on the summer calendar.

How to get tickets

If you're keen to see Rapp in Brisbane or Sydney, there are several ways to get your hands on tickets.

  • Your first chance will be via an artist presale, which kicks off on Wednesday November 19 at 9am local time. Access that here.
  • Then there will be a Live Nation presale, on Thursday November 20 at 10am local time. Register for Live Nation’s presale here.
  • After that, general public tickets will go on sale at 10am (local) on Friday, November 21st.

Tickets for Rapp's performance start from $99 via Ticketmaster and include access to the full AO LIVE experience — the concert, the tennis, and all entertainment across the grounds. You'll get great bang for your back, with tickets also granting you access to DJ sets, acoustic sessions, and premium food and drinks throughout Melbourne Park. The makings of a glorious summer's day.

Who else is performing at AO Live?

Rapp’s show is part of AO LIVE 2026, a five-night music series that runs from 28 January to 1 February inside the Melbourne Park precinct. She’ll perform alongside The Kid LAROI, Peggy Gou, Spacey Jane, The Veronicas, and Sofi Tukker.

Each night at AO LIVE brings a different sound and energy to the Australian Open, mixing world-class tennis with live performances, food, and summer atmosphere. In other words, all of our favourite things.
