My morning beauty routine is …
Water, wash my face, stretch out and try to avoid my phone as much as possible. 

My night beauty routine is …
I’m a face mask addict. I love to sleep in the Summer Fridays Jet Lag mask and apply the Bioderma Atoderm cream to my whole body. I also use the This Works Deep Sleep Pillow spray because it helps me to calm down after a long day.

My favourite products for body are …

When my body needs to recover I …
Set a day off to just be for me. Because my job isn’t your typical 9-5, I’ve built a system that no matter what day it is, if I feel maxed out I disconnect from emails, take a walk, get a massage, sleep, see my friends, or whatever it is I feel I need that day to get back to 100 per cent.

Getting lost in a good book.

A long dinner with friends, with pizza and tequila.

When it comes to beauty I always …
Do what needs to be done to feel good from the inside out, not the other way around.

The best advice on beauty I’ve received is …
Don’t wear too much eyeliner (thanks mum).

Blinders on. Focus on your growth – personal, professional, mental, spiritual, whatever it is – and don’t let anyone rush you.
