Inspired by the understated opulence of the Hong Kong hotel scene, the fit out features dark panelled floors, architectural light fittings, whicker seating and accents of lush, green plant life. The menu is Perry’s own nod to the Australian-Chinese interpretation of Cantonese cooking – think lemon chicken and sweet and sour pork, with a hearty selection of fresh seafood and handmade dumplings.
