A night to remember. Bondi's iconic Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is shaking up its usual cocktail menu as part of an ongoing collaboration with Diageo Reserve's World Class club. Designed to celebrate the innovative drinking philosophies of the world’s best bars, and the folk who make them, Icebergs will play host to a series of five unique pop-up events - each hosted by a different award-winning venue. This Sunday, August 5, Melbourne favourite Black Pearl will take the reigns from 4pm, serving up a curated beverage list of their tried and true favourites and some toasts to that Bondi vista. The sunset never tasted so good.
