Megan Nolan

Megan Nolan is a designer, photographer and Digital Operations Manager at RUSSH Magazine. Having completed a Bachelor of Arts specialising in history, international studies and criminology Megan then went on to graduate from Whitehouse Institute of Design with a Bachelor of Design in creative direction and styling. A creative jack of all trades Megan is RUSSH’s live music aficionado with no festival, gig or band left untouched. Currently studying psychology at Monash University Megan is fascinated by the complexity of the human mind and hopes to one day be able to figure out why Rose let Jack stay in the water when there was clearly room on the raft. In the meantime you’ll find her attending festivals with her mum, re-watching Call Me By Your Name and enjoying her favourite cuisine – McDonalds.

Beauty

Get sculpted

Sculpting, depuffing and defining. Use these rose quartz facial rollers to penetrate your skincare and sculpt those cheekbones. Everything’s coming up roses.

Fashion / Trend

Soft meets loud

Free flowing, fluid form. The AW 18 runways brought dimension with soft silks in loud, clashing prints.

RUSSH LOVES

Givenchy’s jaws

For the versatile man. Givenchy’s Jaw bag doubles as a backpack, a weekender bag, and can even keep essentials dry during diving excursions. Into the deep.

Fashion / Model Monday

Fran Summers

She’s the fresh faced beauty who was scouted at the M.A.C counter at London’s Westfield shopping centre (with the haircut we’re currently coveting). It’s time to meet this week’s model muse.

Style

Berluti’s velvet desert

Wild, wild country. Berluti travels to the raw, uninhabited landscapes of Iceland for its AW 18 pre-collection campaign by Haider Ackermann.

Fashion / Trend

Space jam

From Tom Ford’s precision tailoring to Balmain’s shimmered draping, the AW 18 runways channelled silver surfers with metallic two-pieces.

Fashion / RUSSH LOVES

Join the cult

Walk of art. Fine strips of white leather contrast with an art deco gold heel. Slip on with ease, exclusively with Net-A-Porter.

Beauty / Trend

Snow patrol

Play it cool. Make the most of the cold weather and hit the slopes à la Andrea and Bambi.

Home / Interiors

In the beginning there were stars

The stars, the moon, they have all been blown out. Sydney-based painter Leah Fraser depicts ‘ocular poetry’ through her latest exhibition, In the beginning there were stars.

People

Ruby Fields

“This is a community I dreamed of being in for so long and now being a part of it is like a crazy, surreal dream.” Talking Grease, growing up and what it means to make it.

Beauty / IN THE BAG

A shore thing with Sarah Ellen

We first met her a year ago to date but this model, actor and singer-songwriter is one we keep coming back to. Here she captures the spirit of Daisy Love, in celebration of the sisterhood.
