Light falls across a constructed terrain – raw and organic at once. Tree stumps bloom with mushrooms, flowers push through mounds of dirt, rocks rest against stretches of concrete and sand, all set within the stark, industrial expanse of a concrete studio. It’s a landscape suspended between growth and manufacture, where nature is reimagined rather than found.
Within this setting, TOD’S introduces a wardrobe defined by precision and material presence. Tailored jackets and structured coats bring clarity and control, set against skirts and dresses that move with a softer cadence. Sunset-hued leather anchors each look – supple, tactile, and assured – a reflection of the House’s enduring commitment to craftsmanship.
Styling shifts familiar forms into something more considered. A sweater, reworked as a belt, alters proportion and function, while layered shirting redraws the lines of the body. These interventions create a sense of progression, where each element feels intentional yet open to interpretation.
In the pages of our March Sublime issue, model Tiama Tilbee finds its strength in this intersection. The palette remains restrained, allowing texture and silhouette to take precedence. Matte surfaces meet subtle sheen, echoing the contrast between the studio’s concrete surfaces and the organic elements scattered throughout. There is a dialogue between environments – one built, one grown – mirrored in the garments themselves.
