The end of summer might be near, but there's at least one good thing to look forward to. After months of cryptic clues, Tame Impala has officially announced an Australian tour, and it's coming before 2026 is over. It was only a matter of time, with Kevin Parker dropping his first album in five years, Deadbeat in early 2026, (which also won him his first solo Grammy earlier this year).
If you're anything like us, you're already scheming to get tickets. Here's everything we know about Tame Impala's 2026 Australian tour.
When is Tame Impala's Australian tour?
Parker is set to tour Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth this October. After (very unsurprising demand), there are now several additional shows in each city.
The exact dates and venues are as follows:
- Saturday, October 10th at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane, QLD
- Sunday, October 11th at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane, QLD
- Wednesday, October 14th at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, VIC
- Thursday, October 15th at Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, VIC
- Monday, October 19th at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, NSW
- Tuesday, October 20th at Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney, NSW
- Saturday, October 24th at RAC Arena, Perth, WA
How to get tickets
It goes without saying that these are going to go fast, so it pays to be prepared.
Ticket sales began with a Frontier Member pre-sale on Wednesday February 25th at 9am local time.
After that, tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday February 27th at 11am local time.
Who is the support act?
Tame Impala will be supported by ARIA-winning producer Ninajirachi at all shows.
How much will tickets be?
We don't have exact prices yet, but we do have insight into the kinds of tickets that will be available.
