1. Standard Terms

1.1 Information on how to participate in this offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This offer is open to Australian residents only.
2.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of RUSSH Media Pty Ltd and associated agencies are not eligible to participate.

3. Offer Period

3.1 The offer commences on 16th of March and will continue until allocation is exhausted. 
3.2 This is a limited offer and will end once all available redemptions have been claimed.

4. How to Redeem

4.1 To redeem the offer, participants must purchase, renew, or extend a 1-year or 2-year Australian domestic RUSSH magazine subscription via the designated offer page.
4.2 Eligible participants will receive a Summi Summi voucher or gift (as specified in the promotional material) upon successful purchase.
4.3 Limit of one (1) offer per person.

5. Offer Details

5.1 The offer includes:

• One (1) Summi Summi voucher / product / promotional gift (as advertised)

• A RUSSH magazine subscription (including delivery of issues as per subscription type)

5.2 The offer is strictly limited to the first [INSERT NUMBER] valid subscribers and will be marked “sold out” once exhausted.

5.3 The offer is:

• Not transferable

• Not exchangeable

• Not redeemable for cash

6. Voucher / Gift Conditions

6.1 Any Summi Summi voucher is subject to the issuing brand’s own terms and conditions, including expiry dates, redemption instructions, and exclusions.
6.2 RUSSH Media Pty Ltd is not responsible for the fulfilment, availability, or redemption experience of the third-party offer.

7. Delivery

7.1 Subscription issues will be delivered in accordance with standard RUSSH subscription delivery timelines.
7.2 Any physical gift or voucher will be delivered digitally or physically as specified at the time of redemption.
7.3 RUSSH Media Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected deliveries.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
8.2 If a subscription is cancelled, any associated promotional gift may be forfeited.

9. Privacy & Communications

9.1 By participating, entrants agree to receive communications from RUSSH Media Pty Ltd and Summi Summi.
9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with RUSSH’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties outside of this promotion.

10. Liability

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, RUSSH Media Pty Ltd is not liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the offer

• Any issues arising from third-party products or services

• Technical or system errors affecting participation

10.2 If the offer is disrupted due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.

11. General

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the process.
