Winter is the perfect excuse for a binge-watching session, and I Will Find You has arrived on Netflix just in time.
Based on Harlan Coben's bestselling 2023 novel, the eight-part series follows David Burroughs, a man serving a life sentence for the murder of his son, who discovers the child may still be alive. We won't spoil it for those of you who are yet to watch, but what follows is a relentless search for answers that spirals into some pretty hefty twists and turns.

Mare of Easttown follows detective Mare Sheehan as she investigates the murder of a young mother while grappling with mounting pressures in her own life. It's led by Kate Winslet (who delivers a pretty incredible performance), and is genuinely compelling mystery.

Presumed Innocent
Jake Gyllenhaal leads this thriller as a prosecutor who finds himself accused of murdering a colleague – who he also happened to be having an affair with. If this had you on the edge of your seat you're in luck, because there's a second season in the anthology en route later this year.

When a five-year-old boy disappears during a family holiday in France, his parents' lives are irrevocably changed. This show spans multiple timelines, following the years-long search for answers as his father refuses to give up hope, and clues slowly unfold.

When Marissa Irvine (played incredibly by our own Sarah Snook) arrives to collect her young son from a friends', the woman who answers the door has never heard of him. It's a limited series that charts every parents' worst nightmare, and what unfolds is fare more complicated than you might first think.

The discovery of an 11-year-old boy's body on a beach sends shockwaves through the town of Broadchurch. This is a murder mystery, but also a story of the ripple effects of tragedy – led by performances from David Tennant and Olivia Colman.

Black Bird
Inspired by a true story, Black Bird follows a convicted who is offered a chance at freedom if he can befriend a suspected serial killer and secure a confession. Set largely within the walls of a maximum-security prison, the series is driven by performances from Taron Egerton and Paul Walter Hauser. Dark and deeply unsettling, but we promise you won't be able to stop watching.
