As we welcome in a new season, the RUSSH team is here to share what we're shopping right now. Think considered layering staples, beauty go-tos, and wishlist items we can’t stop thinking about.

Where shall I begin? I have already purchased enough to keep a girl going for the year. Harry Styles and Tame Impala tickets take the win. However, I am also yearning for lots of material goodies. First on my list is the Kerastase Genesis hair growth serum — but I swear every time I go in-store or online it is sold out. COS is having one of their best seasons in my opinion, especially as we are enter that hard-to-dress-for transitional weather. This cashmere scarf is beautiful and this simple but elegant top is superb. I'm also loving this turtleneck body suit by P Johnson. And from Depop, I’m really loving some graphic tees, and as a cinephile, this is the cream of the crop of graphic tees.
I decided to try Rhode’s glazing milk , and with high expectations already, this product did not disappoint. It’s now a part of my morning routine. On the topic of makeup, I got Hourglass’s foundation brush and illuminating foundation with SPF 30 and I have seriously never had a complexion as incredible as this combination has delivered.

After visiting the Maison Margiela store in Paris, the Tabi pumps shot straight to the top of my wishlist. They’re sculptural and subversive, the kind of shoe that transforms even the simplest outfit into a statement. On the more relaxed end of the spectrum, the Verona pants from Assembly Label have quietly become a wardrobe mainstay and I’m already convincing myself I need them in every colour.
Texture has been a recurring theme in what I’m gravitating towards. The Aurum top by Paloma Wool brings a subtle sensuality I’m keen to weave into my wardrobe. Likewise, the charcoal knit Mila Tube Dress from Little Yarn, one of my favourite Australian brands, feels like a second skin: minimal, flattering and endlessly wearable. I’ve also been leaning into easy, mood-lifting accessories. These blue frame sunglasses from The Iconic add just the right amount of boldness.

I recently bought this new-season St Agni Fluid Jersey Halter Dress in Soot from their Bondi store and it’s made of the most incredibly soft jersey. I love how easy it is to wear alone or layer with a large jumper or leather jacket as the weather cools. Recently, I was also inspired by a pic on the RUSSH ‘gram of these Maison Margiela Cream Tabis (I can’t find the exact style online in stock, but the slingback version on Farfetch are equally chic).
I live in my white KYE Intimates pants, so this grey pair is next on the list for lounging at home (truly, the softest). I love this Pearl of Purity ring from Embella (rings are my go-to for jewellery), and in a dream world I would own a Sophie Buhai silver lighter holder. These Sir Solene Mini Shorts are also a dream autumn wardrobe staple.

I am so happily subscribed to the poet aesthetic and very happy to have romance back in our lives and wardrobe. I adore this Simone Rocha blouse, and the black keeps it versatile whilst the ruffles keep it special. Even though it is menswear, there is something very special about this inside out blazer from Comme Des Garçons. I haven’t been invited to a party special enough to wear this (yet), but this dress from Albus Lumen does enter my dreams every now and then. A more practical yet equally dreamy number would be this ivory shirt from Beare Park. I get so much wear out of my existing Beare Park shirts.
It might be time for an underwear update and I love this bralette from Simone Pérèle, as well as the beautiful rose body suit.

This month’s shopping list has been all about necessities and replenishing. I have made it to the bottom of some of my favourite beauty products, and these are the ones I’m repurchasing. The Medicube Zero Pore Pad 2.0 has changed the texture of my skin entirely without the aggravation that comes with other toner pads. My favourite water tint, courtesy of CHANEL’s Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint, and the Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Balm in Rise. I am also considering purchasing the K-18 Dry Shampoo – I have never read so many positive reviews of a dry shampoo before and I am desperate to move on from the powdery products that wreak havoc on my scalp.
In other news, I’m beginning to prepare for the cooler months and had to get my hands on this Entire Studios jacket before it inevitably sells out. I'm so into that aviator style silhouette at the moment. I was also so thrilled to recently discover that ARKET (one of Europe’s chicest stores) is available to shop on The Iconic, and this salmon-coloured open neck blouse is a dream.
I also very excitedly purchased my wedding shoes, but I’ll be keeping those underwraps for a little while longer…

I went into COS the other day and tried on this baby pink cashmere knit and low-key fell in love. This shape always sells out come winter but it’s in stock right now on The Iconic. Run, don't walk. I also need new activewear – I just bought this tracksuit from Uniqlo, and have some Aritzia sets in my cart. I particularly love these navy pants.
Moving on to big ticket items, I’m sick for the footwear brand Jude – how special are these pumps? If you know me, you know I love Toteme, this red boxy purse is a dream and perfect for winter. On the topic of red, I’ve decided I want to invest in a coloured stone this year, maybe a ruby? Or an emerald? A scalloped Olivia Bond pendant is the direction I’m leaning… and I keep getting targeted ads for Monika Vinader – this cocktail ring is beautiful and very reasonably priced. I need it?
Lastly for beauty, I want to restock my beloved Rationale No.1 The Serum, as well as the Avene Cicalfate Cream (this stuff is insane). I also just got to the bottom of my Westman Atelier Foundation Stick and despite trying to convince myself otherwise, I desperately need another. Off to Mecca I go…

I am absolutely not happy about the end of summer, but I have to admit I’m a little bit excited for autumn fashion. As a first order of business, I had to get my hands on this leather jacket from St Agni. It’s the perfect boxy cut, and so buttery soft. Next up, I wear denim basically every day, and I think I need a darker wash for the cooler months. SLVRLKE does denim best, and I’m eyeing off this pair, via The New Trend. I’ll be wearing them with my new graphic T-shirt from Little Yarn (it’s sold out, but they restock regularly). Speaking of everyday pieces, I’ve been contemplating new closed-toe shoes for some time, and have fallen in love with these Alias Mae mules. I just need to decide on a colour… I’ve also developed an unhealthy obsession with these pink Repetto ballet flats. It’s a need, not a want.
Call it the Carolyn Bessette-effect, but I’ve noticed a distinct lack of simple midi skirts in my wardrobe. This one by Alfie Paris could be the answer - and it would look great with boots. Last but certainly not least, several of my beauty mainstays need a restock this month. My beloved Summer Fridays Sheer Skin Tint, Hourglass tubing mascara, and Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze Gel.

I popped into a few shops last weekend and came away with a large wishlist. At Witchery, tops were the highlight, with asymmetrical and strapless pieces catching my eye. I also tried on a few pairs of heels from Tony Bianco and still can’t decide between a wedge or kitten heel.
At Henne, I picked up this structured top (it perfectly holds everything in place), and bookmarked a few pieces to come back for. I’m a sucker for a great tank and this cream one from Courtney Zheng feels like it could be my next addition.
Thinking ahead to the cooler months, I’m loving this sporty jacket from TWP and these straight-leg jeans from SSSTEIN. I’m naturally drawn to things that sparkle, so coveting this Pandora cuban chain bracelet, this Deiji studios tote bag, and an eye serum from La Prairie which I’ve heard great things about.
To finish, I’d love to add a new fragrance to my rotation - Aēsop’s Rōzu is the perfect musky scent.

I am constantly in search of the perfect pair of jeans, now with a heightened resolve in anticipation of autumn. I keep closing and reopening a tab for the Jeanerica Virgo jeans…could they be the ones?
My Dries-devotion is at its apex, spurred on by heirloom-worthy pieces such as this skirt, top and dress. But I expect that a final acquisition may come down (as wardrobe decisions often do), to navigating the tension between pure desire and more practical needs.
Speaking of wants vs needs, this CAMILLA AND MARC coat has been visiting me in my dreams recently, as has the Balenciaga Rodeo bag.
Other things of note on the shopping list: this Tanchen cup holder, ahead of peak tea-drinking season, this SIR bodysuit for an upcoming hen’s soiree and a restock of my beloved ACTIVIST Manuka mask.

There’s been less black in my wardrobe over recent years. But watching Love Story and admiring Carolyn Bessette Kennedy’s style (who isn’t?) has got me thinking I need to start reintroducing it again. These are the pieces I think will ease into my style and wardrobe nicely.
With loafers having their moment, this Alias Mae black leather pair is the trans-seasonal shoe I need, paired with a quality sock. Having a perfect carry-all and one that looks this good is a bonus, and this Gucci Giglio tote will more than serve.
Classics like this beautifully crafted P.Johnson shirt and Chanel lipstick in Pirate will all complement the reintroduction of black to my wardrobe. Even though my collection of sunglasses is brimming, there is definitely room for these cute Chimi 90’s style. I’m sure Carolyn would approve.
One interior design detail depicted in Love Story of the Calvin Klein offices, is a classic graphic design piece: the Stendig Calendar. Created by Italian designer Massimo Vignelli in 1966 and in the permanent collection of MoMA, New York, each month alternates between black and white. It’s a gift I receive yearly from my family, and while it is March already, there are still almost 10 months to enjoy its beautiful design and timeless simplicity.

While I am sad to say goodbye to summer, I’m excited for the tones of autumn, and of course, layering. This Organic Cotton Layered Long Sleeve Top from St. Agni will be a go-to over the next six months. I've been meaning to find a tie that is not too much and not too little. I enjoy the green stripe on this V&W Tie. Shall I also pick up the matching shirt?
I have a couple of celebrations in March. For something special but still tonal, I have my eyes on this Ophelia Lace Cami from Aje. This Heaven Mayhem watch is a great staple to reach for, and I love the option to change the strap, depending on my mood or wardrobe.
Footwear is always front of mind for me, but now more than usual. These Miu Miu Collapse Re-Nylon and suede ballerinas are on my wishlist, as are these SAINT LAURENT Le Loafer suede slippers.
In the beauty-sphere, I want to switch up my brow pencil. I did try the Hourglass Arch Sculpting Brow Pencil years ago and remember loving it. The MERIT Brow 1990 Sheer Gel Pencil is also a contender.

I fell in love with this Coach Bleecker bucket bag in the most gorgeous brown suede last year while on a shoot, and I knew I had found my new work bag. It fits so much, which is ideal because I definitely do not travel light.
Christopher Esber has this gorgeous belted taffeta tank. It's such a great way to elevate a simple outfit and show off those muscles.
I recently spent the morning with Carla Oates, founder of The Beauty Chef, and our Editor in Chief, Jess Blanch. We visited the Beauty Chef factory and got to see and hear about their process. The Clear Skin powder is now on my agenda as mild acne is something that seems to like sticking around.
Bassike is coming through with a really fun moto baby tee. It's perfect for the last days of warm weather. Similarly, I'm a sucker for anything Salt Murphy. It's a Melbourne-based label with a focus on feminine menswear, but honestly anyone could wear their pieces. Currently loving these two ivory tops: Pierson and Gideon.
Lastly, with Tame Impala recently announcing his Australian tour dates, tickets are definitely on the shopping list.

I want to firstly introduce my new favourite dress. It’s from Faithfull in the most beautiful berry colour. It’s the kind of dress you can wear to a meeting with a blazer and then out to an event in the evening. The perfect to get you through anything the work day throws at you. And it’s so comfortable. My new Maison Essentiele pieces arrived this week. I bought the sheer wrap shirt and sheer skirt from the latest drop. I’m also considering buying the low-waist suit pants. But I’m also considering this Lover pair with the folder over detail or this pair from St Agni. I’m still deciding. Late last month I did buy a bunch from the latest Nike x SKIMS drop. I love that ballet style. And I try to work out four or so times a week so I know I will get a tonne of wear out of these new pieces. I’m also very tempted by the Shona Joy lace camis. I feel like they look so beautifully polished with suit pants.
My hair is officially fried from a summer of swimming so I’m extremely keen to try the new K18 hair mask. We were talking about it in the office and I have a bottle at home that I haven’t opened yet. Emily’s recent article on hair accessories has me lusting after this hair clip. It feels so Carolyn Bessette in the best way. Finally, a new red lipstick is on the cards. Now that Hourglass is selling in Australia again, I’m keen to pick up this one.
