1.1 Information regarding this offer, including eligibility requirements and redemption details, forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 By participating in this offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
2.1 This offer is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who purchase, renew or extend a one-year or two-year RUSSH magazine subscription during the Offer Period.
2.2 Employees of RUSSH Media Pty Ltd, Pinky & Kamal, their associated agencies, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, an eligible subscriber includes:
* a new subscriber purchasing a qualifying RUSSH subscription;
* an existing subscriber renewing their subscription; or
* an existing subscriber extending their current subscription.
3. OFFER PERIOD
3.1 This offer is available for a limited time only and is valid until the first 50 eligible subscriptions have been received.
3.2 The offer will end once all available Pinky & Kamal vouchers have been allocated.
3.3 RUSSH reserves the right to extend, modify or withdraw this offer at any time.
4. HOW TO CLAIM THE OFFER
4.1 To receive a $100 Pinky & Kamal voucher, eligible participants must purchase, renew or extend a qualifying one-year or two-year RUSSH magazine subscription via the RUSSH subscription platform.
4.2 The first 50 eligible subscribers across Australia and New Zealand will receive a $100 Pinky & Kamal voucher.
4.3 Eligible subscribers will receive their voucher via email following confirmation of their qualifying subscription purchase.
4.4 Only one voucher is available per qualifying subscription transaction.
5. PINKY & KAMAL VOUCHER
5.1 The $100 Pinky & Kamal voucher is supplied by Pinky & Kamal and is subject to Pinky & Kamal’s own terms and conditions of use.
5.2 The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred or substituted.
5.3 RUSSH is not responsible for the redemption, availability, expiry or use of the Pinky & Kamal voucher once issued.
5.4 Any queries relating to the use of the voucher should be directed to Pinky & Kamal.
6. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
6.1 By subscribing, renewing or extending a RUSSH subscription, participants agree to the applicable RUSSH subscription terms and conditions.
6.2 Subscription inclusions, delivery schedules and renewal terms are subject to the standard RUSSH subscription conditions.
7. PRIVACY
7.1 By participating in this offer, eligible subscribers consent to their details being used for the purpose of administering the offer and fulfilling voucher delivery.
7.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with RUSSH’s Privacy Policy.
8. GENERAL
8.1 RUSSH reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any participant who does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
8.2 RUSSH accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed or misdirected voucher communications due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
8.3 In the event that the Pinky & Kamal voucher becomes unavailable, RUSSH reserves the right to substitute the offer with an alternative of equal or greater value.
8.4 RUSSH’s decision regarding eligibility and fulfilment of this offer is final.
