It's been a whirlwind year for Phoebe Tonkin, both professionally and personally. Just last month, she tied the knot with her now-husband, art curator Bernard Lagrange, in an intimate New York City celebration. And now, she's gearing up for the release of her next project, A Love Letter To M.
With a premiere scheduled for the 8th edition of Indy Shorts, held from July 22-27, there's still time to brush up on everything you need to know about this one. Keep reading for more.
What is A Love Letter To M about?
While we've loved her in film and television alike, this latest project sees Tonkin lend her talents to the genre of short film. The official synopsis reads: Set in Brooklyn, A Love Letter to M paints a contemporary portrait of love on Max (André Holland) and Sasha’s (Phoebe Tonkin) wedding day. Poetically exploring the idea that family and belonging are choices we make, this is a modern-day love story with a happy ending."
A fitting story for a newlywed, no?
Is there a trailer?
