Nicholas Hoult has been famous for most of his life, beginning as the awkwardly charming lead in About A Boy, and working his way up to blockbuster franchises blockbuster franchises (X-Men, Mad Max: Fury Road), period dramas (The Favourite, The Great), and Oscar-nominated Vampire stories (Nosferatu) alike. Quite the multifaceted talent, if you ask us.
But lately — and we don’t say this lightly — Hoult has proved himself talented in a whole new area: getting dressed.
While his style has always leaned towards tailored and understated, something about the last few months has shifted. Call it the Lex Luthor effect, but as he’s stepped out on the Superman press tour, Hoult has looked sharper, more confident, and better than ever. It helps, of course, that he's got celebrity stylist Jason Bolden in his camp. Together, the duo have put together looks from the likes of Bottega Veneta, YSL, Celine, Prada, Tom Ford.... the list goes on, for a press tour wardrobe befitting of 2025's favourite new villain.
There's also the hair. Hoult’s recent decision to bleach his hair blonde has added a whole new layer to his look — a youthful and rebellious edge that contrasts perfectly with his polished wardrobes. We're quietly hoping the blonde strands stick around long after Hoult is done with his Lex Luthor era.
