The tennis court has always been a stage. For greatness, for grit, for the exacting ballet of muscle and mind. But lately, it's become something of a runway, too. And now, the lines between sport and style have blurred once again thanks to two powerhouse brands: New Balance and Miu Miu. And standing at the centre of that intersection? Tennis icon Coco Gauff.

At 21, Gauff is already one of tennis’s brightest lights. Now, in a full-circle moment, that feels both inevitable and still surprising, she’s joined forces with New Balance, whom she already stands as an ambassador for, and Miu Miu — the Italian house synonymous with subversive femininity — for a capsule collection that fuses courtwear with couture.

The collection is part of New Balance’s ongoing collaboration with Miu Miu, though of course, Gauff has had a hand in it all. She's produced three looks, designed to be debuted at her upcoming tounaments in Rome (at the Internazionali BNL d’Italia), Berlin, and Cincinnati.
Each one is precise in its palette of navy, white, red, green, white, and royal blue with a splash of rouge. They're also tailored for movement, but with a visual discipline that suggests someone who understands not just tennis, but image, too. Think: matching silk track jackets and wide-leg pants that would be just as at home on the runway as they would on the court, and form-fitting athleisure imbued with an easy, off-duty glamour. .
The shoes, naturally, are the punctuation. Gauff's signature Coco CG2 New Balance style is back, and rebuilt with advanced athletic technology "that withstand the demands of an elite tennis athlete, blending power and grace in a high-performance shoe". Alongside it, there's also a rework of the 530 SL sneaker in leather and mesh — a low-key luxe option for the everyday.
Where to buy the Miu Miu x New Balance tennis collection
The collection will debut on-court at the Italian Open in May, with a global release set for September 10. Nothing is available for pre-order yet, but when it is, you'll be able to shop via the Miu Miu website.
