If your favourite thing to do in the cooler months is to settle in for a good, old-fashioned 'binge watch', well, Netflix will be your your best friend this June. The streaming platform has just announced its list of June 2026 new releases, and there's no shortage of content to consumer.
Whether you're fascinated by historic sports rivalries, or have been waiting patiently all year to see the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders back on your screen, there really is something for everyone. Find our selection of the best highlights, as well as the full list of releases below.
Highlights from Netflix's June releases
Tennis fans will want to mark 26 June in the calendar, with Chris & Martina: The Final Set exploring the enduring friendship and rivalry between legends Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova. Football also gets a strong showing this month thanks to documentaries Poldi and USA 94: Brazil’s Return to Glory.
One of the biggest returning titles is Avatar The Last Airbender: Season 2 on 25 June, while thriller fans can look forward to I Will Find You, about a father who escapes prison after discovering his supposedly murdered son may still be alive.
Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein lead romantic comedy Office Romance on 5 June, while John Cena and Eric André team up in chaotic comedy Little Brother later in the month.
Licensed titles are particularly strong too, with Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man: Far From Home, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire and Gladiator II all arriving throughout June.
