As the Metropolitan Museum of Art prepares to welcome another evening of spectacle under the banner of Costume Art this year – the guest list is coming into focus.
A decent chunk of attendees are already confirmed — including co-chairs like Venus Williams and Nicole Kidman — alongside artists, athletes, and cultural figures set to make their debut on the famous steps. Others, however, remain intriguingly unannounced, leaving plenty of room for speculation about who might appear and how they’ll interpret this year’s theme.
From returning favourites like Beyonce to widely rumoured newcomers such as Heated Rivalry stars Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams, the 2026 Met Gala is shaping up to be a vibrant evening. Below, we’ve rounded up every confirmed guest so far (plus a few we’re hoping to see) for this year’s event, along with some early predictions about who – and what – they might be wearing.

The Blackpink singer and White Lotus actor will be making her way up the Met's carpeted steps in 2026 and is officially a member of the Host Committee this year. Given her strong ties with Louis Vuitton, we think it's likely she'll be donning something from the Maison.

Jenner has been a fixture at the Met Gala – without fail – for the last decade. We wouldn't be betting against her appearance in 2026. The model and reality TV star just donned custom CHANEL last night at the Vanity Fair Oscars party so perhaps we could see more of this duo.

Of course, there's no world in which we wouldn't want to see Benito rock the red carpet – and it wouldn't be the first time. His 2023 Jacquemus suit is burned into our brains and he's attended in all the year's since. Given he was the Superbowl Halftime performer, and the Grammy Best Album winner, we think there's a high chance he got the invite.
9. Jeff and Lauren Sánchez Bezos

Hamilton was on last year's board of co-chairs for the Superfine: Tailoring Black Style theme, and of course we'd love to see him return to the steps in 2026. The F1 Driver is currently an ambassador for the House of Dior, so we think he could end up donning some of Anderson's latest.

Carpenter is technically part of this year's "honorary committee" so her attendance is already confirmed at the 2026 Gala steps. As for what she'll wear – that remains under wraps. Last year she wore custom Louis Vuitton, but she's also attended in Oscar De La Renta and Paco Rabanne. She also just donned an entirely custom Dior wardrobe on stage at Coachella this weekend too. Perhaps Anderson and Carpenter have a little more up their sleeves?

We do know there's a high likelihood she'll be dripped out in Tiffany & Co though (she's a high-profile House Ambassador for the luxury jeweller).

Considering she's in the mist of promoting her new A24 film The Drama, the new season of Euphoria, and her upcoming Spiderman and Dune sequels, we think it's fair enough she needs some time for herself.
